Abstract
In the 1960s and 1970s,postmodernism began to arise.People held that culture and values were different,diverse and special.Habermas insisted on the possibility of universal politics,the implementation of which depended on rational communication in the public sphere.He also sought consensus in the legislative and administrative legal proceedings.Rawls proposed that right is prior to good,meaning that we could reach overlapping consensus on various political problems based on all kinds of comprehensive doctrines people believe in.The universalism of dialogue to be constructed can provide a solid foundation for the fragmented world.关键词
