MVB NIC with VME bus used in safety computer in vehicle
摘要
Abstract
Based on in-depth study of MVB bus and safety computer in-vehicle, a MVB network communication card with VME bus and double 2 out of 3 redundant structure is developed in this paper. It can realize MVB interface in ATP computer in-vehicle reliably. After having contrasted several redundant structures, the mathematical model is established, on which the reliability and security of system are also analyzed. In addition, the design of VME bus Slave interface and synchronization and fault tolerance technology in double 2 out of 3 system is described in details. Finally, the safety testing is carried on for MVB communication board, which has met the IEC61375-1 standard and also achieved a redundant fault-tolerant state. This research establishes foundation for the further research on control network of safety computer in-vehicle.关键词
