结节性甲状腺肿116例再次手术临床分析
Clinical Analysis of Reoperation on 116 Cases with Nodular Goiter Recurrence
摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the causes and strategies for the reoperation of nodular goiter. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 116 patients with reoperation of nodular goiter. Results Most of patients with nodular goiter recurrence were those with simple removal of nodules or partial resection of the gland at the first operation. Among of 116 patients, there was no death,but there were post operative complications including 4 cases of recurrent laryngeal injury ,26 cases of hypothyroidism and form 6 cases of tetany. 112 cases were followed up form 6 months to 5 years and there was no patient who recurred again. Conclusion A proper selection of operative procedure can reduce the recurrence of nodular goiter after the operation. Although the reoperation is risk in complications, it is possible that the complications can be reduced or avoided if the surgeon is skilled surgically, and carefully and precisely during the operation.关键词
