Abstract
Data is very important for cities cadastral database building and ＂digital city＂.CAD data into GIS data is an important and effective technical route for establish GIS database.It is footstone for establishing project information platform and ＂digital city＂.The paper is based on studying GIS and work experience.It discusses the main difference between CAD data and GIS data,conversion method and the problems in the process of transformation,quality control.It maybe provide certain reference value and significance to the students learning GIS.关键词
