Abstract
Objective Through the establishment and the following of the implementation standard for the picture archiving and communication system ( PACS ) to improve the PACS installation speed, reduce the failure rate and the installation cost. Methods PACS implementation standard includes the requirement analysis before the installation, formulation of the implementation plan, preparation of the work forms, the HIS software interface development, the specification requirement in the implementation of PACS software and the acceptance of the project. Results This implementation standard is the authors ' experience summary for the PACS implementation in several hospitals and the PACS maintenance in many years. PACS fault rate may be reduced and the project construction speed may be raised only when the PACS is standardized in operation and implementation. Conclusions The PACS implementation requires continuous effort and summary to achieve the best efficiency.关键词
