摘要

Abstract

Nano-composite packaging films generally refer to polymer-based nano-composites, which can be divided into nano-materials / synthetic polymer composites and nano-materials / natural polymer composites. The preparation methods and performance characteristics of the two kinds of composite material were described, the specific application of nano-TiO2 composite films, nano-SiO2 composite films, nano-CaCO3 composite films and nano-silver composite film in fresh fruits and vegetables were summarized, and the research direction of nano-composite films' application in fruits and vegetables preservation was also prospected.
