摘要

Abstract

To design siRNA(Short-interfering Ribonucleic Acid)molecular efficiently, and reduce off-target effects of siRNA to the greatest degree, siRNA molecular design have become a hot research field. Currently siRNA molecular design must depend on the sequence and energy features and the second structural features of target, these siRNA molecular have higher efficiency of inhibiting gene expression, RNAKRNA interference) has widely applied in the field of gene discovery and disease treatment. We summarize resent research on siRNA molecular design,and provide a reference for the study of siRNA.
