摘要
Abstract
To establish a quantitative method of determining the contents of Loureirin A and Loureirin B in Longxuetong Capsules,HPLC was used to determine Loureirin A and Loureirin B in the same chromatographic condition.The results indicate that Loureirin A shows a good linear relationship at the range of 0.108-1.734 μg,r=1,the average recovery is 96.59% and RSD is 1.51%.Loureirin B shows a good linear relationship at the range of 0.084-1.342 μg,r=1,the average recovery is 101.05% and RSD is 2.41%.It is concluded that the established method can provide content determination of 2 ingredients at the same test condition and be used for the quality control of Longxuetong Capsules.关键词
