针刀松解法治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的多中心随机对照临床研究
Multicenter and Randomized Controlled Clinical Trial of Acupotomy Therapy in Treatment of Third Lumbar Transverse Process Syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of acupotomy therapy on third lumbar transverse process syndrome. Methods: 180 patients were randomly assigned to receive acupotomy therapy (n =90) and electro-acupuncture therapy (n = 90) for 3 weeks. The JOA scoring system was used to evaluate the clinical effect before and after treatment and a following-up of 6 months. Results :The scores of low back pain, lower limbs pain or numbness, gait, bragard trial, sensory disorder and dyskinesia of the two groups after treatment and a following-up of 6 months were significantly higher than those of before treatment The improved scores of low back pain, lower limbs pain or numbness, gait and Bragard trial and JOA score we/e significantly higher in the experimental group than the control group. Conclusion-Acupotomy therapy has short-term and long-term therapeutic effect on third lumbar transverse process syndrome. Acupotomy therapy can more effectively improve the pain symptom and the function of lower limbs than electro-acupuncture therapy.关键词
