摘要

Abstract

Based on the basic principles of electromagnetic induction, a new type oi vehicle active suspension actuator is designed, which has the characteristics of fast response, large force and stroke. Modeling by two different means, the finite element method and lumped element dynamic mathematical method, it shows the correctness of the simulation model. Combined with the finite element model, the effects of actuator structure parameters such as air-gap thickness and the secondary copper thickness on actuator thrust were studied. Based on the simulation results,a prototype of actuator with appropriate parameters was developed. After that the electromagnetic force test was done, and by comparison of the simulation results and the experimental data, it shows the corresponding results are consistent, indicating further the accuracy of the simulation model.
