Abstract
Most probably unattended rural women have strong consciousness of participate in democracy at the primary level,but still be in a difficult situation.This situation is unfavorable to building a new socialist countryside.The paper is to discuss the reasons of the negative participation in democracy at the primary level of unattended rural women,and then put forward some appropriate measures.关键词
