Abstract
The advantages and disadvantages of three kind of test buses are studies, which are commonly used in the automatic test system. A kind of test bus system based on CPLD with concise edition and low cost is proposed, which has a control core of CPLD and uses it to realize bus expansion and node synchronization. The principle and implementation of system project are introduced, and the characteristics of the system and the application prospects are analyzed.关键词
