摘要

Abstract

Whole system self-check for large-scale automatic testing system is a challenge because of the rich variety of the types, models of the test equipments and switches. Several schemes of system self-check based on such as instrumental self-inspection, comparison of instrument and switch motion are analyzed and a comprehensive self-check scheme is proposed. There are four major steps in the new scheme, which are instrumental self-check, key equipment testing, switch system testing and instrument comparison. The designed scheme is reliable for availability check of the general-purpose part in automatic testing systems.
