Abstract
Aiming at meeting the requirement of ATS ( automatic test system) software for generalization and standardization, the ATS software system frame is built based on ABBET. The software exploitation mode is based on database. Signal oriented method is used for the independent of instruments. This software system has been applied in a certain new automatic test and diagnosis system for general equipment.关键词
