摘要

Abstract

As one of the key components in five-axis CNC machine tool, rotary table enables the rotating feed and allocation between A and C axis, and precision of the machine tools is determined by that of the rotary table. Based on this research background, the volumetric error model of the rotary table of CNC mahine tools is established. The geometric error is measured, and the mathematical model of error compensation is presented, the basis for error compensation of machine tools is provided, in order to achieve the improvement of machining accuracy.
