一种大变形管线钢的组织-性能分析
Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of XS0 Pipeline Steel with Excellent Deformability
摘要
Abstract
By Heating On-line Partitioning (HOP) method to obtain (B+M/A ) dual phase, the mi-crostructure and property of a dual phase pipeline steel are investigated. The results show that , in the context of meeting the strength and toughness requirements of the second west-east gas pipeline project in China, the (B+M/A) dual phase pipeline steel also possesses a lower yield/tensile ratio and higher uniform elongation, showing excellent deformation ability. The bainitic matrix, M/A component and the precipitation of carbonitride are the microstructure characteristics of experimental steel.关键词
