摘要

Abstract

High refractive index TiO2 film was used as the middle layer in the FTO coated glass to replace SiCOx film whose refractive index is lower.The saturations of FTO coated glass with different middle layers were calculated and compared by numerical method.The results showed that the saturation of TiO2/FTO coated glass can be manipulated easily with respect to SiCOx/FTO coated glass due to its higher refractive index.It is proved that TiO2/FTO coated glass is suitable for practical applications.
