摘要

Abstract

Solder glass used in vacuum glazing edge sealing not only has to meet the vacuum sealing performance,but also should meet the required strength of sealing.The tensile and shear strength at the edge sealing of the vacuum glazing were tested by experiment.Stress in the edge sealing of vacuum glazing due to gravity of the glass,wind load and difference of temperature were analyzed.Experimental and theoretical analysis results show that the edge sealing strength of vacuum glazing can bear the stress caused by glass self-gravity,temperature difference,air pressure and so on.On the condition that vacuum glazing loses the vacuum,the sealing parts can still keep good under 3600Pa wind pressure.The edge sealing is strong enough and it is safe and reliable in application.
