Abstract
Tussah silk fibroin(TSF) is one of the excellent potential biomedical materials due to its biological compatibility,low biology immune response,and cell affinity.Electrospun nanofibers have been acquired using the TSF as raw material and water as solvent.The morphology,conformation and crystal structure of the nanofibers were investigated using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffractometry(XRD),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) spectroscopy.The optimal mass concentration of electrospinning TSF aqueous solution was 29%~31%.The diameter of the fibers ranged from 217nm to 717nm.The structure of TSF nanofibers was random coil and α-helix,but after post treatment with water vapor,the α-helix structure of the nanofibers changed into β-sheet.关键词
