Abstract
Chemokine receptor CXCR4 is one of major coreceptors for HIV-1 entering into host cells, and it plays an important role in this process. The design and development of a novel anti-HIV drag targeting CXCR4 has become a hot topic in the AIDS field. This paper provides an overview of the drag discovery in the field of anti-HIV treatment targeting CXCR4 receptor.关键词
