Design of Digital Television Terrestrial Tuner Front-end Broadband Low-noise Amplifier
摘要
Abstract
A design of a wideband CMOS low noise amplifier (LNA) based on feedforward offset noise CG (common gate) structure is proposed in this paper, with the frequency range covered by the TV tuner as channel range (50 ~ 900 MHz). Compared with the conventional negative feedback low noise amplifier, amplifier circuit proposed in this paper has better performance. In the operating fre- quency, the voltage gain (S21) is greater than 14.3dB, Sll is less than -11.3 dB, noise figure (NF) is less than 2.87dB, gain ldB compression point is -4.4dBm, and the reference input third-or- der intercept point (IIP3) is more than 5dBm.关键词
