基于数值仿真和灰色关联分析法的高强钢弯曲回弹影响因素分析
Research on the Factors Influencing Bend Springback in High Strength Steel Bending Based on the Numerical Simulation and Grey Relational Analysis

Abstract
This paper puts forward an effective high strength steel stamping springback factors analysis method. The methods of finite element analysis and grey correlative degree analysis are combined. The research object is the circular pieces of free bending from the internationally famous sheet metal forming numerical simulation conference NUMISHEET 2002. Firstly, the finite element model of high strength steel circular bending is established. It' s effectiveness is verified by experimental data. Then, by means of orthogonal design, seven factors including thickness, width, stamping speed and so on are analyzed, and the results are obtained from the finite element simulation experiment. Final- ly, these factors on the high strength analysis. The main factors are obtain steel stamping springback impact are analyzed by gray correlation ed, which can provide some guidance for the production role.关键词
