Error Analysis of Rack and Pinion Type Steering Mechanism
摘要
Abstract
Based on planar mathematical model of rack and pinion type steering mechanism, three kinds of errors including steering center error I , II, steering toe-in error are defined combined with deflection angle equation of left and right steering wheel, and the calculation formulas are deduced. The steering center error I and steering toe-in error are the two better errors of steering mechanism. This paper analyzes the influence degree of steering mechanism error by structure parameters, using the orthogonal design method. The results indicate that the trapezoid arm and the installing distance of pinion are significant influence parameters.关键词
