摘要
Abstract
Since China＇s reform and opening in 1978, spectacular achievments have been made in economic construction, but the problem of the gap appeared between the poor and the rich, which endanggers the essence of socialism to finally realize common prosperity. The solution of the gap between the rich and the poor can not be achieved by the first distribution which pursues the market fair and sacrifices the social justice. The second distribution pursuing the social justice and facing many reality of pressure can not resolve the problem, either. So, the third distribution must be developed by the way of the force of moral and enforcement measures.关键词
