Abstract
The rural construction movement that LIANG Shu-ming carried out in the 1930s failed to help China find a fundamental solution of ethnic problem, but his exploration still has some significance on today＇s new rural culture construction. In the new rural construction, we must attach great importance to cultural construction, develop education in rural areas, encourage the intelligentsia take part in the cultural construction in rural areas actively, and mobilize the consciousness of the peasant with the cultural construction, so as to promote the rural economic development and social progress, and achieve the development of rural material civilization, political civilization and spiritual civihzation关键词
