摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effects of locking compression plate(LCP) for the treatment of elderly femoral intertro-chanteric fractures complicated by osteoporosis or osteopenia. Methods The clinical data in 37 elderly cases of femoral intertro-chanteric fractures in our hospital from March 2007 to May 2009 were performed the retrospective analysis. Results The effects were excellent in 21 cases(56. 8%) ,better in 9 cases(24. 3%) and fair in 6 cases, 1 case died. The excellent rate was 81. 1%. The healing time of fracture was 9 -16 weeks. Conclusion LCP is safe and effective to treat elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture complicated by osteoporosis or osteopenia.关键词
