3种术式治疗严重Pilon骨折患者41例的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of 3 kinds of operation mode to treat severe Pilon fracture. Methods 41 cases of severe Pilon fracture treated in our hospital from January 2008 to February 2011 were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups. The group A(18 cases) adopted the open reduction and strong internal fixation,the group B adopted the open reduction by stages and internal fixation and the group C received the limited open reduction with internal fixation plus external fixation mount. The effects were compared among 3 groups. Results The excellent rate in the group B was 75. 0% and slightly higher than 72. 2% in the group A and 73. 3% in the group C. Conclusion The curative effects in open reduction by stages plus internal fixation is superior to that in the open reduction plus strong internal fixation and the limited open reduction plus internal fixation and external fixation mount.关键词
