小型猪经皮肾镜术复合麻醉效果观察
Anesthetic effect observation of percutaneous nephroscopy on miniature Rongchang pigs

Abstract
Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect of percutaneous nephroscopy in miniature pigs. Methods 32 healthy male miniature Rongchang pigs were selected. During operation,fentanyl citrate 3 - 4 μg · Kg-1 · H-1 ,midazolam 0. 15 mg · Kg-1 · H-1 and ketamine hydrochloride 15 - 20 mg · Kg-1 · H-1 were intravenously pumped for maintenance anesthesia. The anesthetic effects were observed. Results The anesthesia induction time, anesthesia duration time and recovery time in the experiment were (4. 9 + 0. 5) min,(120. 3 + 11. 5) min and (104. 9 + 10. 5) min respetively. The heart rate,respiration and oxygen saturation in the experimental pigs were(103. 9 + 8. 8) times/min, (21. 0 + 3. 4) times/min and (96.8 + 1.8)% respectively. Conclusion The combined application of fentanyl citrate, midazolam and ketamine hydrochloride has good anesthetic effects, simple operation and high security without endotracheal intubation, which is an ideal anesthetic method for establishing of miniature pig experimental model of percutaneous nephroscopy.关键词
