当代水伦理价值观反思
Reflections on the Contemporary Relationship between People and Water from the Perspective of Hydro-ethical Values
摘要
Abstract
Contemporary severe water crisis stems from the crisis between people and water. Since the industrial revolution, the hydro-ethical values of modern anthropocentrism, featuring instmmentalism, has boosted the progress of human material civilization, meanwhile it has also induced the global water crisis. Post-modem egocen- trism resolutely abandons the dominance of hydro-ethical values of the anthropoeentrism and strongly advocates the inner values of the nature-human equality. Practical Materialism proposes the hydro-ethical values focusing on people-first through integrating and also surpassing the previous two values. This new values regards human＇s overall interest as its measure value, satisfying people＇s need to keep healthy and develop in a comprehensive way. Si- multaneously, it advocates the friendly treatment of water by protecting and optimizing water environment to promote the harmonious co-existence and intergrowth of water and people and the sustainable development of human and nature.关键词
