福利依赖问题浅析：发展型社会政策视角
A Brief Analysis of Welfare Dependency from the Perspective of Development-oriented Social Policy
摘要
Abstract
The emergence of welfare dependency has produced obvious negative impacts on both society and individuals. Faced by the increasing number of welfare dependents and more serious welfare dependency, the government and people from all walks of life express their serious concerns. The development-oriented social policy, generated when western countries were facing great challenges, gives us some thoughts about the prevention and treatment of welfare dependency. The government＇ s major role in welfare provision should be fully used. On the other hand, individuals and enterprises should also bring themselves into full play by shouldering their own responsibilities. Moreover, social investment in human capital should be increased, a socially invested country developed, and the revival of civil society and the construction of modern community accelerated. Besides, social support-network of welfare dependency should be reconstructed and their confidence in life rebuilt, which can also be methods to solve the problem of welfare dependency.关键词
