摘要

Abstract

A geometric error compensation control system for three-axis CNC machine tools is designed with ARM7 kernel chip LPC2114. Geometric error model of three-axis CNC machine tools is found specifically, and ac-cording to the error model numerical control instructions are fixed with system software, in order to reach the pur-pose of geometric error compensation. This system has some good characteristics such as convenient installation, easy operation and training and adaptation to different industry environments.
