The Development of Pneumatic Conveying System Based on Hot Standby

摘要

Abstract

The causes of the failure in pneumatic conveying are closely related to its control system, wnen me elec-tric dust removal and other high voltage power grid are transiently impacted, some errors tend to occur in single PLC control system program, resulting in malfunctions including blocking the tube. Therefore, we developed PLC hot standby control system in order to achieve a comprehensive automation control and configuration monitoring, and the actual operation and debugging. It is proved that effectively improves the stability and reliability of the pneumatic conveying system.
