Abstract
Compared to new-built suburban campuses, old campuses in central city have irreplaceable advantages, Re-development of urban campuses in foreign countries has also increasingly become a hot spot in recent years. Whether urban campuses could become an essential direction of future development of Chinese campuses is worth researching. This paper summarizes the study of foreign campus to reveal the thought of intensive design and common trends： centralization on planning and forming, integration on content and function, efficiency on construction and operation.关键词
