基于雨流计数法的弹性链型柔性悬挂接触网疲劳寿命分析
The fatigue analysis on the elastic chain flexible suspension catenary system based on rain-flow counting

Abstract
The paper used the APDL programming language to estimate fatigue life of the elastic chain flexible suspension catenary system. The basic steps for solving the life of the contact wire was also given. Improved rain - flow counting method was adopted to gain different stress amplitudes, stress averages and their corresponding stress cycles from the fatigue stress spectrum of each element on contact wire. Based on Miner linear cumulative damage theory, the fatigue life of contact wire elements was estimated. With the same parameters, the paper an alyzed the factors affecting the fatigue life, including span, the pretension of contact wire and messenger wire, section areas, the train speed, the lifting force, dry friction and so on; compared the contact wire life based on the simple chain and elastic chain hanging; found out several key factors that affect current collection of catenary by comparing each group parameters. The conclusions provide an important basis for the design, construction and maintenance of the elastic chain flexible catenary system.关键词
