摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the expression of survivin in human colorectal cancer tissue and its relationship of biologic characteristic and some pathological factors in clinic. Methods We determined the mR-NA of survivin in 60 human colorectal cancer tissue specimens and adjacent normal colorectal tissue. Even more, analyzed the relationship between the expression and biologic characteristic, pathological factors in clinic. Results The expressive levels of survivin in 60 colorectal cancer samples raised obviously, while no expression was observed in adjacent normal colorectal tissue. The expression of survivin showed no significant relationship to the sex of patients as well as the size, location and tissue differentiation grade of cancers, while was closely related to Dukes stage and presence or absence of metastasis in lymph node. Conclusion Survivin was highly expressed in colorectal cancer tissue and closely related to the pathological factors such as pathological stage and metastasis in lymph node. It indicated that survivin might play an ortant role in theoccurrence,progression and prognosis of colorectal cancer.关键词
