右半结肠癌淋巴结转移的相关病理因素分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinicalpathological factors related with the lymph node metastasis in right colon cancer. Methods The clinicalpathological data of 168 patients with right colon cancer who underwent radical resection in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from September 2008 to December 2011 was retrospectively analyzed. The associations between lymph node metastasis and clinicopathological factors were evaluated by chi-square test and Logistic multiple regression analysis. Results Univariate analysis showed that age,gender ,tumor location and macropathology was not related with lymph node metastasis(P >0. 05) ,but histological type , tumor differentiation and depth of bowel wall invasion were significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis(P <0. 05). Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed tumor differentiation and depth of bowel wall invasion were the independent factors leading to lymph node metastases(P <0. 05). Conclusion The lymphatic metastasis of right colon cancer is related to histological type, depth of bowel wall invasion, tumor differentiation, depth of bowel wall invasion being the major factor.关键词
