摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate theefficacy of procedure for prolapsed hemorrhoids (PPH) with embo-lectomy surgery for acute incarceration of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 80 acute incarceration of circumferen-tial mixed hemorrhoids cases were randomly divided into treatment group (40 cases) and control group(40 cases) ; respectively of PPH and Milligan-Morgans. The surgery time, wound healing time, hospital stay time and Symptom relief, anal function, the occurrence of postoperative complications were compared in two groups. Results There were no difference in the quantity,Surgery time, wound healing time, hospital stay time and postoperative complications, anal function in treatment group were better than in control group. Conclusion Acute incarceration of circumferen-tial mixed hemorrhoids, PPH ismore and safe effective, and hemorrhodectomy has shorter surgery time, less hos-pital time, rapider recovery, fewer complications.关键词
