摘要

Abstract

This paper describes the new CEPRI single-phase reactive power calibration standard. Based on current-comparator Bridge, traceability is achieved by ac-dc transfer standard, reference resistor and reference capacitor. It allows calibrating active/reactive power and energy meters. The systematic uncertainty of the system is less than 30 parts per million (ppm) for reactive power calibration. Software of the calibration system is studied and designed by virtual apparatus programming language, thus performing automatic calibration of the reactive metering.
