Abstract
In order to ensure good quality of the power system, adaptive reclosing technology has been widely used. In order to overcome the limitations of existing methods,this article uses ATP / EMTP to simulate the single-phase ground fault on transmission line, then uses the empirical mode decomposition (EMD) to decompose the fault phase voltage signal. As the sample entropy can be a good measure of the richness of the information signal, we calculate sample entropy values of the intrinsic mode function (IMF) to determine whether it is transient or permanent fault. When it is transient faults, the line can implement the successful adaptive reclosing. A large number of line fault simulations show the effectiveness and practicality of the method.关键词
