Advances in Extraction of Soy Isoflavones
摘要
Abstract
Soybean isoflavone has many important physiological functions including preventing cancer,cardiovascular disease and reducing female menopause syndromea and so on. Extraction methods of soy isoflavone including convention solvent,ultrasonic-assisted, microwave-assisted, etc. The latest research on extraction of soy isoflavone had been summarized. The aim was to provide a reference for the development and utilization of soy isoflavone as new resource of health foods.关键词
