Ignition Characteristics of Molded Combustible Cartridge Case
摘要
Abstract
Constant-volume ignition characteristics of Combustible Cartridge Case（CCC） were analyzed by using closed-bomb test,and the effects of different charge density and the ignition pressure on ignition characteristics were studied,and it was also compared with that of 4/7 single-base propellants.The results show that the ignition process of CCC is classified into three stages such as electric ignition firing stage,fire stage and primary burning stage of CCC.Compared with 4/7 single-base propellants,the ignition pressure and burning rate increase rapidly,and the ignition time shortens.The pressure rise rate increases,and ignition time shortens with the increase of the ignition pressure,but the effect of charge density on ignition characteristics of CCC is not obvious.关键词
