Abstract
Poor flux-weakening level of permanent magnet traction motor is the main reason to limit its development in high-speed field.In this paper,interior segmented rotor magnetic circuit structure is proposed to improve its flux-weakening level.By Ansoft software,the effects of ordinary rotor magnetic circuit structure and segmented rotor magnetic circuit structure on the direct-axis armature reaction inductance are analyzed.D-axis inductance of segmented rotor circuit structure is increasing by 60% than that of traditional rotor structure,and the highest speed is increasing by 50% when value of current is 13A.The conclusion that the motor with interior segmented rotor structure can effectively improve flux-weakening level of permanent magnet traction motor and still meet basic performance requirements is verified by prototype test.关键词
