摘要

Abstract

In accordance with structural features and working principles of the novel five phase doubly salient electromagnetic generator,using two-dimensional finite element electromagnetic field analysis method,the fault tolerant characteristic is analyzed,under the condition that the shorted diode circuit faults of the generator consisted of external single phase bridge happened.The research shows that the fault no-load characteristic is the same as the normal.The fault phase has little effect on the whole system.On the load situation,the output voltage is low as the normal,which has cetain fault tolerant performance.Generally speaking,the output power stands by improving field current.
