摘要

Abstract

LiCoO2 was coated by AIPO4 in in situ surface method. The capabilities of the pristine and AIP04-coated materials were compared by SEM, TEM, XRD and electrochemical testing. The results exhibit that the AIPO4 coating layer is very uniform and the thickness is about 20 nm. The cycling performance of the AIP04-coated LiCoO2 is greatly improved.
