摘要

Abstract

The function, characteristic, and mechanical environment of the diode In semi-rigid solar array was introduced in this paper. By means of simulation analysis combining with test verification, the isolation diode working temperature in orbit, and the rationality and the applicability of design was known. The basic structure and the working principle of isolation diode In semi-rigid solar array were also introduced. And the result and data of simulation analysis and cycle test were described in detail. The thermal environment applicability of the diode in semi-rigid solar array was analyzed.
