摘要

Abstract

With the aim to meet the requirements of high-voltage pulsed electric field sterilization technology for its core system section, a Kind of high pulse power was designed with pulse output voltage peak value of 5-30 kV (100 V stepping adjustable), adjustable output pulse frequency of 200-1 000 Hz, adjustable pulse width of 0.2-2 μs, and pulse front <100 ns. With adjustable DC high-voltage power supply and energy-storage traveling wave tube working as its power system, this system was automatically controlled by MCU, the pulse peak value and frequency were controlled by the main discharge switch of hydrogen thyratron, and finally the pulse field was gained by pulse transformer to boost the voltage on the polar plate of sterilization cavity.
