纺丝工艺对水解聚丙烯腈/羟基磷灰石复合纤维强力的影响
Effects of spinning parameters of hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile/hydroxyapatite composite fiber on tensile strength
摘要
Abstract
The hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile/hydroxyapatite composite fiber was prepared via wet spinning. The effects of coagulation bath composition, coagulation temperature, NaOH concentration in coagulation bath, cold draw ratio, hot draw ratio and hydrolysis time in second coagulation bath on tensile strength of composite fibers were studied. Good strength of spinnable hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile/hydroxyapatite composite fiber was obtained at the conditions of mass ratio of NaOH aqueous solution/DMSO of 2 : 8, NaOH concentration of 1 mol/L, spinneret draw ratio of 1 : 2, cold draw ratio of 1 : 2, 8 times drawing without hydrolysis in second coagulation bath.关键词
