Overview of Typical Control Methods for Grid-Connected Inverters of Distributed Generation

Abstract
This paper gives an overview of typical control methods for the grid-connected inverters in the distributed generation systems (DGS), in order to improve the performance of distributed generations and broaden the application of DGS. Among these methods, the double-loop control strategy is focused on and is analyzed in detail as well. The proposed outer-loop control strategies are summarized, including the constant power control, the constant-voltage constant-frequency control and the droop control. Meanwhile, the inner-loop control methods are introduced, including dq rotating frame control, αβ stationary reference frame control and abc natural frame control. Then the control strategies mentioned above are compared and analyzed. Finally this paper indicates the pressing problems in the research area of control methods for the grid-connected inverters and summarizes the future development trend of DGS.关键词
