摘要
Abstract
In Electric power system, false locking should be prevented to ensure the safety of power grid. As for the existing computer-based interlocking system, when the earth-switch of the opposite side is closing, it can not lock the breaker of this side, that is, can not prevent the false operation among substations. Through contrasting the analysis of residual voltage of line in different operation ways, this paper provides a method of preventing false operation among substations by using the residual voltage, and also provides improving solution of the existing protection and monitor device and computer-based interlocking system. This method is simple and feasible, and can realize anti-mistake interlocking between substations, avoid mis-operation accidents between stations, ensure safe operation of the power grid.关键词
