中国建筑业工资对行业经济增长的作用机理及计量分析
Operating mechanism and econometrics analysis of construction wage level on construction economic growths of China

Abstract
The operating mechanism of construction wage level (CWL) on construction economic growths(CEG) is discussed, and then their relationship is examined by co-integration test, error correction model and Granger causality test based on the data during 1991 to 2009. The results show that there is a co-integration between CWL and CEG. The long term elasticity of CEG on CWL is 0.442; the short term elasticity is 0. 435 and the short term adjustment is -0.702. There is two-way Granger causality between CWL and CEG. Finally, based on the investigation, it is suggested that the reform of payment policy should be promoted in Chinese construction industry to stimulate the human capital investment of construction enterprises, and the scientific and technological investment should be increased to change the manufacturing style and speed up the mechanization of construction.关键词
